Service and Repairs

We recommend that a Citizen watch in need of service or repair be taken to an Authorised Service Centre. Pls contact your Retailer or sent your watch to our Service Center. Any damage caused by repairs or alterations by unauthorised technicians may void your warranty.

Please send in your watch so we can assess the damage and quote you on the repair or repair it under warranty.  Our policy is not to quote over the phone/email as we have to see what parts are needed to be replaced first. 

If you are to send in the watch please ensure that it is sufficiently wrapped and sent via registered post as a minimum.

• Warranty / proof of purchase
• Description of issue
• Please do not send the box
