Measures up to 10,000m with a range of measurement from -300 m below sea level up to 10,000m the altimeter displays altitude and time simultaneously. Three hands indicate altitude, measuring it in increments of 1,000m, 100m and 2.5m.
The Electronic Compass indicates north by reading the geomagnetic field through a magnetic sensor, displaying direction and time simultaneously. In addition, wearers can find their location with the push of a button, even when the Electronic Compass is in the middle of measuring altitude.
Titanium is lightweight, skin-friendly and resistant to rusting. Citizen achieves five times the robustness of pure titanium by applying a proprietary surface-hardening technology. Citizen provides a scratch-resistant watch that is beautiful in radiance and color, offering wearers comfort and lightness.
Absorbing light in a short period of time, the watch sustains a bright display and durability even longer. The indicators are made from a cutting edge glow-in-the-dark material that doesn’t contain any radioactive substances.
The index and hands look as though they are floating above and below the transparent basin-like dial. The 3D Dial expresses a beautiful landscape composed by layers of the horizon, sky and clouds.
The side view design is inspired by a jet stream with large curves being depicted around the earth’s atmosphere.
